Today, you’ll be learning about ‘Submitting’ your articles. Although this is the last step, this will not be the last posts of the article marketing series.

Let’s take a break today! I mean both you and me…

There are basically few places you can submit your articles to:

1.Other Blogs.
2.Forums
3.Article Directories
4.Other Marketers’ Newsletter
5.Other Websites

In this posts, I’m going to talk about submitting articles to other blogs. There are basically 3 ways:

Go to BlogCarnival.com and submit good posts there consistently. Register and account and browse all the carnivals available. Go to the category which is related to your topic and pick one to submit your articles.

Just go and have a try. This usually won’t give you much traffic. However, you’ll get lots of backlinks if you do it consistently.

Go to popular blogs and start on guest posting. Guest posts are posts written by someone other than the owner. Blog owners usually take it as a contribution to their blog and readers. People who contributed guest posts intended to build relationships and get some traffic from the blog.

Check out these popular blogs to see is there any link that says “Contribute” or “Guest Post”. If you are targeting popular blogs, remember to write something you have authority in that topic and make sure it is original.

If they don’t have some function, build relationship with the bloggers and request for it. Some bloggers might not be open or they have no idea what guest post is.

Go to their blog and comment often to build relationship first. When the time is right, ask them that can you contribute some information and knowledge to their blog and readers. Share the benefit they will get and you request is just a link back to your blog.

Tomorrow, I’ll share about other options of submitting your articles.
