increase blog traffic

Recently, something just hit my head (not by an object). It’s a great but late discovery!

I read about other internet marketing blogs very often. I realized that most of these very successful blogs have a huge problem. They are showing their recent posts on their sidebar. “How stupid was that?” I used to think. It doesn’t make sense to show recent posts on the sidebar because bloggers should use their best articles to keep their visitors to read more and fall in love with the blog.

Today, I realize I’m the one who is stupid because showing recent posts on the sidebar will not only give convenience to your readers, all your pages will change everytime you publish a new posts. And if your webpages change often, Google will rank your pages higher because Google think that you update each of your posts often.

Cool right? This is a simple trick that gives you lots of SEO benefits. I started it yesterday. Can’t see any results yet but I’m not surprised to get more traffic next week.
